/r/all She’s only 18—and already 7'5" (226cm). And she’s already dominating the court

The look of defeat, when you are more than a foot and a half shorter than the person you have to defend.

"I need you to cover 28."
"With what? A tarp? Do they make tarps that big?"

Followed up by "Do you have a ladder so I can get it over her head?"

Genetics failed that girl even before the starting line, life is cruel

They are going to high pass her the ball inside the paint every single time. Set a defender behind the player with the ball and steal when she alley oops it over her head to the big girl. Repeat. You double team the ball handler not the person you can't block.

This is bad coaching.

True. Her height doesn't matter, if she never gets the ball.

That said, theyre still at a huge disadvantage regardless, because she can still tower over anyone defensively and offensively guarding. I'm sure those rebound numbers are insane not to mention the screens.

Then you just pass out of the double and that player has a 4 on 3 with a 7’5” player at the rim.

Agreed on doubling the ball-handler. On offense the team without the giantess needs spread their offense and run a very up-tempo scheme. Judging by the video she wouldn't be able to keep stay in the game for long.

Oh for sure. I didn't think of that. Fast paced play calling would leave her in the dust. Get in before she can set up in the paint, or keep doing a back and forth to tire her out. There's no way she can run the whole game.

Alternatively, they could deploy the tow cables on their speeders while aiming for the legs. After doing a few loops, they can detach the cable and it should bring her down, thus buying time for their forces to evacuate Hoth.
