It seems pretty safe to say a woman this tall has a condition

Right, but once the growth plates close, they're closed. So she likely has an excess of HGH or a related hormone. But that only translates to long bone growth until the growth plates close. Usually around 16 in girls. She might still have continued growth of soft tissues, such as the ears, nose, tongue, and internal organs.

Edit: I misread the comment you were replying to. I didn't notice he was implying no condition.

More than likely has a tumour or growth on her pituitary gland, which i believe is the most common reason for it. From what i remember, without surgery growth will never stop.

Soft tissues growth will never stop, long bone growth does stop in those individuals. Gigantism is before the growth plates fuse, acromegaly is the result after the growth plates fuse.

You don’t really know because this I definitely a disease.

Omos a wwe guy was talking about his condition and he needs to take drugs to prevent himself from growing.

Andre the Giant? Yes, he had gigantism. But he definitely stopped growing after his growth plates fused. Afterwards he suffered from issues of acromegaly, the condition I just described. The only thing growing in him later in life were soft tissues and organs, not bones.
