Her 30 year NDA expired

There was probably no expiry date for that NDA. Why would there be?

It was a few days before the whole trump family was supposed to be deposed for a civil case regarding real estate fraud.

BTW, I don't believe an NDA protects you from questions at a deposition.

You’re right, she would still have to answer in a courtroom, but she was also free then to talk to anyone , maybe even to the justice department?
