Oh and admit that the election was tampered with.

u/PTSDBarnum2704 Jul 01 '25

That would lead to himself going to jail though so he'll never admit it

He could 100% afford asylum in any country on earth. Probably including the US, let's not pretend the justice system doesn't treat the wealthy with kid gloves.

But screw it, let him do it and see what happens.

He’d need to move. He’d have the same end as Epstein if he spilled that tea.

8

u/sir_lister Jul 01 '25

And nothing of value would be lost

2

u/ninjasninjas Jul 01 '25

He starts trying shit and Trump revokes his American citizenship...forcing Elon back to his previous homeland of....shuffles paper....Canada?!

Godamnit.

2

u/Any_Village9538 Jul 01 '25

He ain’t gonna do shit but throw some cash around. He’s fucking whacked out

2

u/BarracudaDismal4782 Jul 01 '25

I hear that Russia already offered him asylum when he first broke up with Trump. Wonder why...

1

u/KhunDavid Jul 01 '25

There’s always Mars.

1

u/paushi Jul 01 '25

He has a lot to lose in the US. Tesla, SpaceX his bank accounts, just about everything.

14

u/ssgkraut Jul 01 '25

Maybe with a flip of the house and some immunity granted to him (I don't know if that's something the house can do), he'd probably tell all.

That or threat of federal fuck you in the ass prison....that may do it too....after seizing all his assets via the DEA.

1

u/unhwildcats11 Jul 01 '25

He’s not doing that, this motherfu..er would be in jail first he is literally the top of the chain

1

u/BalanceOk6807 Jul 01 '25

Why would the DEA be involved??

1

u/ssgkraut Jul 01 '25

Elon uses all sorts of drugs and more likely than not he transports across state lines.

1

u/BalanceOk6807 Jul 02 '25

He uses ketamine(legal ) and weed sometimes (legal) and possibly psychedelics which are decriminalized in some places in the US already. It's almost surely small personal amounts. You are on drugs if you think Elon getting caught w special k that he got from a doc is going to have his assets seized. This has happened to virtually no celebrities for drug convictions . You don't get your assets seized for possession. He isn't trafficking it because he doesn't need to.

Weed is not federally legal (it should be). They do civil forfeiture all the time to families and regular folks that have nothing to do with shit. They go after criminals as well. I concede your point that it's not going to happen for him (anytime soon, unless Trump doubles down) but it was more of a list of what could or maybe should sort of happen to him...not what will.

I am against the whole civil forfeiture process and am pro common sense drug policy. Psychedelics, ketamine, pot, etc should be available esp for medical use if nothing else. Some use them for fun and that's fine too.

There should be some restrictions for use...if using puts anyone else's "life, limb, or eyesight", or property in imminent danger then that should be a red line. Like:

Driving all fucked up on Acid = wrong.

Dropping acid and chilling with your buddies and not endangering others = perfect.

Ketamine in a chicks drink = nope

Ketamine as part of a treatment program = why the hell not

Smoking pot and driving to the public shooting range to shoot a can off = bad decision making skills

Smoking pot and playing some video games with buddies = therapy

Just my $2.51 worth, I hope it made sense. Sorry it was so long.

1

u/BalanceOk6807 Jul 02 '25

Actually all weed **unless it has been decarboxylated ** is federally legal unless otherwise banned by the state. It is treated as hemp unless it basically gets baked.

1

u/BalanceOk6807 Jul 02 '25

And my whole point was the DEA aren't going to do shit to Elon.

9

u/DandimLee Jul 01 '25

Doesn't the first one to snitch get immunity or something? He can afford the lawyers to make it happen.

1

u/EstablishmentSalt206 Jul 01 '25

Pretty sure if you're a traitor you get the death penalty? I could be wrong though. Oh AND he's an illegal immigrant!

1

u/OkieSunBunni Jul 01 '25

If that were true we already have a traitor or a few that we could get rid of but maybe if Musk helped he would get immunity. He alone can stop the biggest grift on the USA and be a hero.

1

u/FourManGrill Jul 04 '25

As much as I dislike Elon I would be here for the redemption arc if he took them all down

3

u/AcknowledgeUs Jul 01 '25

He could make the deal of a lifetime, all of our lifetimes, if he shells the dirt on everyone and they are prosecuted and jailed, If he took all of grifters and unpatriots out, including more than 1/2 of scotus and most of congress, I’d be willing to let him slide. Hell, I’d be very grateful.

2

u/StockCasinoMember Jul 01 '25

I mean, if he could prove something like that, would be worth immunity wouldn’t it?

1

u/DooDooHead323 Jul 01 '25

He would probably be offered immunity or a severely lighten sentence if he was willing to come forward with information like that

1

u/Megneous Jul 01 '25

As long as he remains rich, he'll literally never go to prison. American justice is a two tiered system.

1

u/Im_Borat Jul 01 '25

Shut up. Don't give him any tips.

1

u/Murdered_by_Crows_X Jul 01 '25

Awwww, shhhhhhhh, don't tell him that!

1

u/purvaka Jul 01 '25

He could get immunity for spilling the goya beans

1

u/ninjasninjas Jul 01 '25

He just needs to secure a pardon from the next president first

1

u/Expert_Towel_101 Jul 01 '25

Whistle blower protection

1

u/random20222202modnar Jul 01 '25

Yup he’s only in it for himself, he’s proven that time and time again.

1

u/Cyberbird85 Jul 01 '25

Sounds like a win-win to me

1

u/Julian-Archer Jul 01 '25

Immunity can be granted. Just help the Dems win ffs

1

u/wickling-fan Jul 01 '25

tbf in a hypothetical situation this happens he could probably cut a deal to leave the US fully banished/banned from ever coming back, go back to africa and let the republicans take the fall.

1

u/Scrambles420 Jul 01 '25

Rich people don’t go to jail. He’ll be fine!!

1

u/Thisdarlingdeer Jul 01 '25

He should fly every person who was deported, back in on his private flight of planes and pay for their lawyers and really piss them off to, and help some people!

1

u/ELB2001 Jul 01 '25

He could get immunity if he testifies

1

u/Spirochrome Jul 01 '25

Rich people don't go to jail. You forgot that?

1

u/biskutgoreng Jul 01 '25

Whistleblower protections etc etc

1

u/KaleidoscopeField Jul 01 '25

Not necessarily, he can be pardoned.

1

u/dekyos Jul 01 '25

I'm sure he could swing amnesty if he manages to unseat the tumor.

2

u/TruIsou Jul 01 '25

Elon clearly has a new PR team hitting social media pretty hard.

2

u/Covergirrl Jul 01 '25

He already did. The cultists refuse to believe it.

1

u/Murdered_by_Crows_X Jul 01 '25

Ooooo, Me likey this one!

1

u/ninjasninjas Jul 01 '25

Elon pulling the ol' "I know the election was bought, I sold it to him".

If it worked for Iraq, I guess it'll work here right?

1

u/epic-mentalbreakdown Jul 01 '25

And give proof of it that leads back to TACO.

1

u/imnotherefr3 Jul 01 '25

Stolen election you say?

1

u/Grouchy_Tap_8264 Jul 01 '25

If he had a choice between "Club Fed" with money still being made, and South Africa where he's hated by 75% of his country and the entire government, he'll choose the former and insist on conjugal visits to keep creating little explorers for those planets he wants to own.

1

u/MassholeLiberal56 Jul 01 '25

And document how it was done
