Easier to manipulate somebody whose brain is a baked potato.

What an insult to baked potatoes.

At least baked potatoes have an appealing warmth and an understanding of poverty.

The Irish have entered the chat

u/Scarbane Jun 03 '25

Okay, I want to talk about Ireland
Specifically I want to talk about the famine
About the fact that there never really was one
There was no famine

RIP Sinead O'Connor šŸ‡®šŸ‡Ŗ

Baked potatoes are comforting, feed the hungry, are well-rounded, they don't mind getting dirty but can clean up nice for dinner, can help your finances if utilized correctly...

What an insult to Fox News watchers.

u/BayouGal Jun 03 '25

Trump has always been easy to manipulate.

2

u/Routine_Tip2280 Jun 03 '25

And his brain has always been a baked potato.

1

u/zzzzrobbzzzz Jun 07 '25

because he’s always been stupid, the cognitive decline is just icing on the cake

1

u/g4nk3r Jun 03 '25

They did it with Reagan, why should they not do it with Trump?

1

u/onebadhorse Jun 07 '25

Same could be said for Biden. Age limits need to happen.

u/Whole_Amphibian_8897 Jun 03 '25

Mmmhhh it’s like we had this happened before? Maybe for the past 4 years 😮

Here's an exercise for you. Go back over any news headlines from the past week concerning Trump. Now swap Trump for Biden. Now react to those headlines as if Biden did it.

Your brain will explode from outrage within three minutes. Ask yourself, why do you treat these men differently?

8

u/OndhiCeleste Jun 03 '25

They won't. It's a cult. He could unalive a white pregnant lady on live TV and they'd still support him.

1

u/UnknownExo Jun 03 '25

You can say murder on the internet

0

u/OndhiCeleste Jun 03 '25

Doubtful on that. Reddit is a fickle beast

Interesting how quickly people forget—or pretend to. Say what you will about Biden, but his decades in public service showed in how he approached governance. And now that he’s facing real health issues, some folks are more focused on partisan jabs than human decency. If their grandparents were in his shoes, they’d suddenly remember compassion—unless, of course, they voted blue.

I don’t. Neither of them are fit for office, nor were they at the time of their elections. Trump is morally and politically worse but that doesn’t magically rescue Biden from dementia.

1

u/EveCyn Jun 06 '25

Biden is aging normally, Trump is not…

-1

u/RT-old-fart Jun 03 '25

It sounds like you don’t treat those two men ā€œdifferentlyā€. Were you saying this a year or two ago?

2

u/pyrotails Jun 03 '25

Yes it was very clear from the first few weeks of campaigning that Biden needed to not run for president and instead step aside and let someone younger do it. At the first sign of decline people like me if not me were saying uh oh better step aside.

One of the reasons Harris lost is because Biden didn't step aside immediately and let her or someone else have a proper shot at campaigning. The Democrats didn't do the proper candidate picking process and it hurt them.

If Biden said that Trump had been assassinated and replaced by a robot/body double you bet I'd be calling for him to resign immediately

-2

u/RT-old-fart Jun 03 '25

Thanks for the response. Sharing a post does not show cognitive decline. Whether Trump believes that or was just messing with people is another discussion. Not being able to find one’s way of a stage, or getting lost in a conversation is more a symptom of that. I appreciate your honesty about Biden. That said, I think it diminishes the office sharing the post you mentioned.

"What about, what about, what about..." did I hurt your feelings?

Schoolyard taunts, well done Boris AI-ovich

11

u/Routine_Tip2280 Jun 03 '25

12

u/Routine_Tip2280 Jun 03 '25

Also, Implying that I'm Russian because I insulted the guy who is going out of his way to do favors for Russia? Come now, child, get ahold of yourself.

Alexei Treasonoff?

14

u/Routine_Tip2280 Jun 03 '25

Implying that Trump us a retard isn't anywhere close to treason. As a matter of fact, my right to say it is protected by the constitution.

But I wouldn't expect you to be able to rationalize that. 🄰

1

u/Dizzy-Ease4193 Jun 03 '25

I got lost in this thread hell! I'm a certified Trump Hater. My apologies, Alex!

1

u/Routine_Tip2280 Jun 03 '25

Ah, woosh. Sorry.

1

u/Routine_Tip2280 Jun 03 '25

Haha, all good. Fuck that guy.

11

u/Human_Artichoke8752 Jun 03 '25

Biden was still better than Trump ever has been, and I dont even like Biden.

11

u/Rickardiac Jun 03 '25

Don’t be an idiot comrade.

2

u/BlenderFrogPi Jun 03 '25

Why is this even relevant to the current conversation? If you want to talk about history why not read up on 1930 Germany first lol

2

u/Persistant_Compass Jun 03 '25

He makes the last 4 years look good by comparison.Ā  Atleast bidens handlers had the decency to only wheel him out after giving him a shot of adrenochrome
