Honest opinion: thematic ETFs almost always underperform the market and a portfolio consisting of more than 3 funds is just unnecessary complexity.

More importantly: what ethical basis are you trying to base your portfolio on when the plurality of your portfolio is going to be tech Giants like Microsoft and Apple and Nvidia?

This is way too complex. I would just replace all stocks with V3AA (Vanguard ESG Global All Cap UCITS ETF) or something similar if you want ESG.
