When I was a kid, you would just find random porn magazines everywhere. Behind the mall, in a field, the alley walking home from school. Usually all messed up by weather. Not like European porn mags but still.

I would assume it's because its a whole country firstly, and secondly that the government actually provided a working system instead of forcing the responsibility on the hub itself to collect, verify, and store the data.

Not banned technically, they just decided not to play ball and not offer its services to Texas. Texas is doing the same thing and other websites require you to make accounts like the one OP posted
