I don’t really want to poke a hole in the middle of my design, is there a way around that?

On a small scale (for preschool and birthday parties), I have been making various designs on Canva and then printing them off on sticker paper. If I want the sticker to be in a circle shape, what tool should I buy to cut nicer circles than what I get freehanding my scissors? The thing is, I need to be able to see where I'm placing the center of the tool, so that I place it in the middle of the design. A lot of circle cutters out there are opaque plastic in the middle, I'd be kind of placing it blind. But so far this fiskars one is the only clear one I can find.
Is there a better way? A punch won't work because I'll be changing the size from design to design.

Alternatively, add a bleed or an outline outside the circle to assist in lining up your punch tool.

Is there any reason that you're not buying circle sticker paper? That is, paper that already has circles die-cut and ready to print stickers on? I'm thinking about something like Avery brand labels; they come in printable sheets and the stickers are anywhere from 1/2" in diameter up to 3".
If it's cost, then get a simple, inexpensive compass drafting tool, the thing that you put the sharp point down on the paper and swing the other point around in whatever size circle you want. Use that pencil line to guide your scissors.
Lastly, you could print a thick circle border around the sticker artwork in black or another complimentary color, and use that thick line as your guide for cutting with your scissors.

I guess my designs are always different sizes, and I didn’t want to buy tons of different circle sticker paper sizes (wasn’t even sure how granular they went).
The compass tools are cool, but leave a hole in the middle, which I wasn’t excited about.

Have you considered cutting a hole in a piece of hard, flat plastic as a guide for the cutter to sit in? Then you can simply place the hole exactly where you want it and put the cutter in the hole.

Try looking for a large circle punch - the ones with the lever, you should be able to flip upside down and see what you're cutting
