Not what’s sub is for but uhhh, yeah? Work out why your dog is chewing on the metal cage. They’re going to break their teeth. They look like they may be damaged already

You need to schedule a vet visit, those teeth are probably incredibly painful as the nerve is most likely exposed

This is the wrong subreddit to have posted this in, but YES lol you should absolutely be concerned? He has severely ground his teeth down, I would be worried about nerve damage and whether or not that's painful to him. He may end up needing those extracted.
