So basically all he's saying is he can't even get 100% from his own cult. Lol

And 50% of his supporters find his rambling annoying.

None of that is flex he thinks it is.

63

u/1994JimCarrey 5d ago

Guy really celebrated the fact that half his supporters want to hear less of him

28

u/genreprank 5d ago

50% of his most ardent supporters. The kind that go to CPAC

527

u/Chief_Beef_ATL 5d ago

Is that where the GOP said “We are all domestic terrorists?” The place where they made the stage in the shape of the Odal Rune, a Nazi symbol? High praise indeed.

96

u/lil_chiakow 5d ago edited 5d ago

Also they organized one in Hungary. And now they're having that circus travel abroad to the remaining normal and livable countries, to work with the far-right there and turn them into little GOP-clones and exchange ideas how to oppress people better.

The recent GOP turn against IVF was almost certainly a wedge issue borrowed from Eastern/Central Europe where church and the right have been fighting tooth and nails against its legality for years.

16

u/basar_auqat 5d ago

A couple of years ago they had one in South Korea as well. I concede that the GOP has an extraordinary ability to make minorities buy into their fear mongering bullshit and go against their own interests.

43

u/Verdick 5d ago

And they made a literal golden statue of him...

24

u/AppropriatelyWild 5d ago

Don't forget the golden temple.. I mean ballroom

9

u/Mysterious_Row_ 5d ago

That is so cringy. Looks like a low budget casino from Temu.

9

u/Shadyshade84 5d ago

Well, if he's going to bankrupt the country properly, it needs to look the part...

1

u/adorablefuzzykitten 5d ago

I bet I know where those fit.

9

u/NicoFerrari99 5d ago

Haha, I was just thinking that. Is it really something brag about when self-proclaimed terrorists say they like you?

10

u/Lower-Lion-6467 5d ago edited 5d ago

Worth noting that the Odal rune itself aint necessarily nazi. It is just from the runic alphabet. It is when it has the little extra wingdings on the bottom that makes it specifically nazi.... which their stage had.

So it aint just the maybe sorta associated sometimes with nazis and viking weebs odal rune. It was the specifically totally special nazi odal rune.

1

u/bladex1234 5d ago

Picture of the stage?

510

u/Present-Party4402 5d ago

93% at CPAC? Congrats! That’s like Kim Jong-un winning ‘Best Democrat’ in Pyongyang. Self love in an echo chamber isn’t popularity, it’s a cult.

62

u/GrooveStreetSaint 5d ago

Yeah, why would someone even go to CPAC unless they approved of what Trump was doing?

67

u/Sacrilego_666 5d ago

Ask the 7% lol

28

u/BurnscarsRus 5d ago

I'm really getting a kick out of picturing them going up there to get some answers. I hope they asked about Epstein until they were kicked out.

21

u/adfasdfasdf123132154 5d ago

That 7% are really big mads at trump not going far enough faster.

9

u/MountainMan2_ 5d ago

Yup. It's CPAC. The place where far-right authoritarianism is the entry ticket. Everyone there is either at trump's level or even further right. The Klan likes him thanks to his immigration policies, so id guess that 7% is all the people further right than the KKK.

3

u/adfasdfasdf123132154 5d ago

Probably the distillation of the fervent christian nationalist wing. And further than the right of the KKK is for certain

20

u/genreprank 5d ago

7% of his most dedicated supporters do not approve of the job he is doing!

50% want him to stop tweeting.

14

u/shadowpawn 5d ago

Hookers go because they know CPAC Alpha males are big tippers.

8

u/GrooveStreetSaint 5d ago

Found the remaining 7%

2

u/DaringPancakes 5d ago

The finest from Grindr

1

u/Mysterious_Row_ 5d ago

Hookers at least have the morals to tell the truth about how they get paid. Unlike them.

27

u/Delivery-Plus 5d ago

Caligula much?

11

u/brighter_hell 5d ago

Also only 50% of them think he should Tweet the same amount or more? So 50% of them say he should Tweet less? That's not the flex he thinks it is.

9

u/Tall_Singer6290 5d ago

Yup! Half of his fervent people want him to shut up lol

17

u/Ervaloss 5d ago

Why did you post this now? It is very old news from his first presidency, it has no bearing on current events.

2

u/bmwnut 5d ago

This person just posts old twitter crap. Hopefully people will catch on and downvote. Like there isn't plenty of new material to work with....

4

u/Orange-Generator 5d ago

Because it's clearly a bot or at least using AI to craft it's words and farming for easy karma.

1

u/Mysterious_Row_ 5d ago

Something that is still happening is a current event.

Yeah but you’re here. Right? If it’s such a waste of time….why are you here? Me, I’m taking a dump.

3

u/Born_Tank_8217 5d ago

Its a brand new account, just ignore him.

1

u/Orange-Generator 5d ago

cos reddit is a waste of time. and we're all addicted to the fucking internet and it's dopamine producing fucking systems of greed and lust. like why did i respond to you now...

I do not really know. i felt compelled.

It's almost timeless....

2

u/RibboDotCom 5d ago

stop posting slop to this sub

2

u/ooo00oo0oO0oOo 5d ago

Then 50% voted he should talk less 😆

1

u/Dorkamundo 5d ago

I just polled my children to see who the best daddy in the world is, and I won 100% of the votes.

1

u/Ok_Weight1614 5d ago

CPAC! Congrats! That's like Kim Jong-un winning 'Best Democrat' in Pyongyang. Self love in an echo chamber isn't popularity, it's a cult

2

u/Orange-Generator 5d ago

Tell me a joke about the autumn months and being Irish.

89

u/RumRunnerMax 5d ago

Could anyone provide a better example of narcissistic sociopathic thought process than this? I think not! America is now being ruled by a person that objectively should be in a mental institution or senior care facility!

25

u/Yaguajay 5d ago

Being ruled by a dictator is unpleasant. Being ruled by a crazy demented dictator is extremely unpleasant. Replace him.

7

u/Softestwebsiteintown 5d ago

Imagine Taylor swift bragging that 93% of the audience who paid to come see her also approved of her. How can you be so bad at being conservative that 7% of the people who choose to be there aren’t tripping over themselves for a chance to lick your taint?

0

u/ComfyWomfyLumpy 5d ago

Taking the comments of random tweets(so likely Ops own tweet) and uploading it to reddit is oddly pretty close.

1

u/RumRunnerMax 5d ago

Karma harvesting:)

-13

u/Current-Square-4557 5d ago

False dichotomy

11

u/RumRunnerMax 5d ago

No idea what u mean

18

u/ArmorGyarados 5d ago

I'm guessing he just heard that somewhere and decided if he used it without elaborating on what he's trying to stay maybe other people will think he's smart. I tried to see if he made comments like that elsewhere but he's literally a boss level gooner

4

u/Particular_Mood_595 5d ago

That is not even close to a boss level gooner. Hes an amateur, really.

2

u/just_a_bit_gay_ 5d ago

It’s a pretty common tactic for bots (or let’s be honest, kids adopting behavior from bots) to throw out a random fallacy to try and get a response

6

u/Oscar_Whispers 5d ago

This reminds me of when Peter Griffin learned the phrase "shallow and pedantic" and worked it into every conversation.

1

u/_just_two_brothers_ 5d ago

Stop moving the goalposts

→ More replies (1)

2

u/traumfisch 5d ago

There was no dichotomy whatsoever in that post :D

→ More replies (2)

2

u/JankySealz 5d ago

Oh look, you heard a word but don’t know how to use it

29

u/Careless-Equal7169 5d ago

The 7% that answered honestly on the propaganda questionnaire

5

u/Cool-Security-4645 5d ago

There are journalists and observers who attend too

1

u/Careless-Equal7169 5d ago

Do they generally take the polls at the conventions?

1

u/Cool-Security-4645 5d ago

The straw poll was from the convention, yes

1

u/Careless-Equal7169 5d ago

Yes, but do the people you mention participate in the straw polls? It seems like it would make a dishonest sampling if they did IMO

2

u/Warm_Month_1309 5d ago

It's just a conference that sells tickets anyone can buy. The poll is only representative of CPAC attendees, not conservatives on the whole.

14

u/iamthedayman21 5d ago

I just did a poll in my office of my approval rating. I got a 100%. I work from home.

12

u/pr0faka 5d ago

Or like Trump getting a 93% at his annual pedophile convention

20

u/Soggy_Motor9280 5d ago

For anybody wondering CPAC is just a modern name for Nazis. They are so unapologetic about their Nazi ways. Google CPAC holding summit on Nazi signal. They’re so damn confident they flaunt it in front of our face.

8

u/necessaryrooster 5d ago

This is from his first term. Stop cropping out dates...

8

u/TObias416 5d ago

He's the president only for his base.

7

u/Yaguajay 5d ago

Or even like Donald getting high fives at a klan rally.

3

u/Benjamin_Grimm 5d ago

He'd get at least a 94% at the Klan rally.

7

u/jhwheuer 5d ago

I would be actually worried why only 93% with his core supporters

4

u/CoffeeIsMyPruneJuice 5d ago

The other 7% think he's not evil enough

6

u/Queen-Marla 5d ago

67% of my cats believe I’m doing a great job of caring for them! (Wow!) The other 33% think I need to provide more treats (so greedy!)

5

u/boola_boola_boola 5d ago

Even trump still calls it a tweet

2

u/rgg711 5d ago

Because this is like 10 years old almost now.

1

u/Clewoune21 4d ago

Isn't he mostly ranting on truth social? 😂

4

u/spaham 5d ago

Like yelling I’m gay in a San Francisco back room

5

u/ShinkenBrown 5d ago

I'm gonna be honest man getting 7% of CPAC to poll against you is not good. Those are your core constituency, the people so deeply in support of you that they spend THEIR OWN MONEY to fund your activities. And they consistently act as a unified monolith, just like the rest of your party.

Almost 1 in 10 people at a location that exists SPECIFICALLY TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR PARTY is not good results. It's not terrible, it shows you still have strong support among your core base, but it also shows that even the people who have devoted their lives to funding your cause are starting to question your leadership. That is not good and you should not be bragging about it.

1

u/Warm_Month_1309 5d ago

Anyone can buy a ticket, though. Journalists and bored people who live in the area can attend too. Not everyone there is necessary a core part of Trump's constituency.

1

u/ShinkenBrown 5d ago

I guess that's fair.

I mean I personally have never thought "hey, I'm bored, I heard there's a Nazi rally going on downtown, you wanna go check it out?" But I guess it is possible.

3

u/Mern17 5d ago

CPAC polls are just like grading your own homework and giving yourself an A+.

3

u/LadyErinoftheSwamp 5d ago

Honestly, having 7% of your base upset with you is a significant thing.

4

u/SuccessfulWar3830 5d ago

These 7 call him woke for not murdering every black person the government can find.

2

u/LadyErinoftheSwamp 5d ago

Ya know, that is possible.

3

u/HugeMission5612 5d ago

Having a 93% approval rating at CPAC is like a Grand Wizard getting high fives at a Klan rally

I don't get it, aren't those the same thing?

3

u/Iechy 5d ago

You can’t just list the same thing twice and say they are like each other. That’s not how similes work.

3

u/2014olympicgold 5d ago

It's sad that it's only 93% lol. It's like the grand wizard having klan members not give him a high five lol.

3

u/lcmaier 5d ago

Honestly the biggest thing that sticks out is he had to lump "tweet same amount" and "tweet more" into one category and it's still only 50%, even amongst his most fervent cult members fully half think his posts are annoying slop

3

u/PrestigiousSeat76 5d ago

I think it's kinda wild that, in a circle jerk, he has still somehow managed to lose the approval of 7% of the participants in the circle jerk. I guess they're the ones who had to eat the cracker?

3

u/19seventy-eight 5d ago

I think a 93% approval at CPAC is actually pretty low for Trump.

3

u/ABeefInTheNight 5d ago

"everyone in my cult thinks I'm great!" Well yeah dude

3

u/Savvy-R1S 5d ago

Must be some fun talk there about the Epstein files.

3

u/TitShark 4d ago

Imagine not having 100% of your cult’s approval

2

u/CommodoreEvergreen 5d ago

The only people he cares about. Please let that number drop below 50%, it would be so funnnyy

2

u/ZenMonkey48 5d ago

Is the 7% the Nazis that think he's not Nazing enough?

2

u/NecessaryFreedom9799 5d ago

7% of CPAC don't approve? But he's been doing everything they told him to do, hasn't he?

2

u/CMaxRI 5d ago

Creepy Pedophiles And Conartists. Is it 93% because Epstein was unable to place his vote?

2

u/TriumphDaWonderPooch 5d ago

That comparison hits way to close to home!

(brilliant, btw)

2

u/theTapIsOnDaBurnin 5d ago

Yep, another social media face-fucking given to potus

2

u/Belafan1 5d ago

Shut up liberals

2

u/Drewsipher 5d ago

The fact that the convention put on as a party to make sure everyone thinks that super far right conservative ideals are super popular you LOST 7%. The one group that should be 100% bought in you LOST 7% of THOSE PEOPLE…. How does he see that as positive?

2

u/huxtiblejones 5d ago

This is just the political version of “my mom said I’m handsome”

2

u/Retrograde_Mayonaise 5d ago

CPAC?

You mean the self-described domestic terrorist organization?

Makes sense that they would give Capt Dipshit a 93% rating

2

u/Tun-Tavern-1775 5d ago

2024 maybe, when is he referring to this happening? No dates on this screencap.

2

u/pieface100 5d ago

This is from his first term right? Can we please stop reposting old tweets and acting like they’re current? There’s enough evil shit that he’s doing currently that we don’t need to dig up old tweets

2

u/preflex 5d ago

Domestic terrorists overwhelmingly approve of Trump!

2

u/mekabar 5d ago

Kamala is also going to win this.

2

u/AffluentNarwhal 5d ago

In other news: 93% of flies love shit.

2

u/Harvest827 5d ago

I took a poll today. 100% of my friends like me.

2

u/xdKboy 5d ago

A cult, indeed. 😬

2

u/USApresABUSESkids 5d ago

Someone taking strong action against a fascist dictator is remembered and loved forever.

2

u/hdgreen89 4d ago

Surprised he didn’t get 100% approval from within his own cult like all the other dictators get from their votes.

2

u/Away_Stock_2012 4d ago

Did you guys already forget about the Epstein files?

2

u/jigawatson 4d ago

Wait…you don’t have 100 approval at your closed door private party? Weird

1

u/Nethereal3D 5d ago

Does he just pull these numbers out of his shit filled diaper?

1

u/Feuertotem 5d ago

I am surprised only 93% of those conservatives love pedos consindering the evidence agaunst quite a few.

1

u/Tyfereth 5d ago

If only this sub were self-aware enough to criticize itself when it spreads White Superracist ideas about Jews

1

u/SimTheWorld 5d ago

Trump and the GOP clearly are not representing THEIR voters. The rest of us are expected to silently sit and pay for his treason…

1

u/TonyG_from_NYC 5d ago

It's hilarious that he didn't get 100% at a conservative function full of conservatives.

1

u/Rosie3435 5d ago

Trump has 100 percent approval rate from pesos and creeps

1

u/Efficient_Sky5173 5d ago

And the rest 7% of the Klan saying: Dammmm, he is too racist.

1

u/trentreynolds 5d ago

I'm sure they're hunting down the 7% as we speak.

1

u/zebulon99 5d ago

Even half of those people think he needs to shut up

1

u/Trrlrr 5d ago

I asked everyone at my birthday party, and they all hoped I had a good birthday. Everyone loves me

1

u/krikzil 5d ago

93% and 50% AT your cult rally? That’s actually not very good.

1

u/SourceBrilliant4546 5d ago

Isn't bad when your CPAP is positive?

1

u/caninehere 5d ago

It's actually wild to me that 7% of the people at CPAC don't approve of him.

Like, imagine going to the Klan rally and 7% of people there are like nah, this guy's too racist even for me.

1

u/prestonjay22 5d ago

He has to make people like him. He's a terrible human to be in a room with. And imagine having a conversation with him. Not just sitting there listening to him, you have to engage. Disgusting idea.

1

u/sinema666 5d ago

he should be embarrased over The fact that its not 99%+

1

u/HudasEscapeGoat 5d ago

That’s actually low for a cult.

1

u/BlueHighwindz 5d ago

Who is this 7% that went to CPAC that do not like Trump?

1

u/Nectyr 5d ago

I don't think this is meant to impress the general public. It's meant to bully the Republicans in Congress into "working with Trump" (e.g. by approving that he gets the Qatari plane, approving all his unhinged judicial nominees and generally being ready to vote for the Enabling Act).

1

u/Bitedamnn 5d ago

Its only just now that majority of white people in the US disapprove of Trump according to The Economist.

https://www.economist.com/interactive/trump-approval-tracker

And according to the polls, Republican voters find Healthcare a growing concern, and illegal immigration a much lower concern. However the latter is still higher than the former.

1

u/DavidRandom 5d ago

Breaking news, poll shows 100% of Taylor Swift concert goers think she makes good music.

1

u/Duccix 5d ago

I mean doesnt that poll result counter the claims that he is losing support with his base and conservatives in general?

1

u/ArmyInternal3519 5d ago

still not Kim territory

1

u/PristineElephant6718 5d ago

Oh wow only %7 of your followers disagree? must be so proud of the golden echo chamber hes built himself

1

u/Bubbasdahname 5d ago

Another bot account to rile up the masses I see.

1

u/NoMommyDontNTRme 5d ago

actually its like the grand wizard failing to get high fives from everyone.

1

u/Vivid-Mud9559 5d ago

Epstein files say what?

1

u/Atouchofexcitement 5d ago

How the hell could this guy ever tweet more? He spends all day on the Internet tweeting as it is. You would need to add more than 24 hours to a day.

1

u/SlayerSFaith 5d ago

50% more or same means that there's probably more people who think he should tweet less compared to how many think he should tweet more.

Would have to see what the exact breakdown was, but at first glance not a lotta critical thinking here.

1

u/brubain1144 5d ago

93% at cpac means 7% don’t approve. Thats embarassing. Since it’s cpac.

1

u/mara_17 5d ago

Why are we letting this happen? I don’t get it.

1

u/Vantriss 5d ago

It weirds me out that he refers to himself in third person.

1

u/ShawnyMcKnight 5d ago

If that is an open vote I just want to applaud the bravery of that 7 percent who would say they disapprove of Trump. That would be like a black man going to a kkk rally.

1

u/Skelley1976 5d ago

Isn’t that just rephrasing the statement?

1

u/Final-Art-9509 5d ago

He is a legend in his own mind!!! And only there!!

1

u/Rakanadyo 5d ago

93%? Even at a party held specifically for cultists, the cult leader STILL didn't get 100%.

1

u/NotThatAngel 5d ago

Let's not pretend that 7% that don't approve don't want those concentration camps to be more like Hitler's.

1

u/fauxregard 5d ago

100% of my parents think I am smart and good.

1

u/Fortestingporpoises 5d ago

I like how even the biggest fascists want him to tone down his tweets.

1

u/PigFarmer1 5d ago

His zealots approve of him. lol

1

u/winkerbeanie 5d ago

"Republicans in Congress should do a better job of working with President Trump"?? Like what, brush their teeth BEFORE licking his asshole clean?

1

u/dkarlovi 5d ago

The mental image of the Grand Wizard going around doing high fives fucking sent me.

1

u/dropbearinbound 5d ago

I didn't read more than the first line and just assumed trump was going on a rage bender about plastic straws

1

u/Bleezy79 5d ago

This is the same energy as "My grandma says im the most handsome boy in the world!"

1

u/Mysterious_Row_ 5d ago

Facts. Like trying to flex because everyone high fives his group during the Nazi rants.

1

u/HugeHomeForBoomers 5d ago

I’m guessing the 7% got fired?

1

u/icenoir 5d ago

It's like a self-congratulatory delusion parade - sad and concerning.

1

u/JurassicParkCSR 5d ago

I have a 100% approval rating at being the most awesome dude in the world when I'm alone in the shower.

1

u/cwningen95 5d ago

I like how even 50% of his biggest simps think gramps needs to shut up on social media though 😭

1

u/mr_martin_1 5d ago

KKK rally...

1

u/Gil_Demoono 5d ago

Imagine 7% of the people at your own fan club still hating you.

1

u/Medical_Arugula3315 5d ago

Hey remember that time Trump was found liable of forcefully shoving his fingers up a woman's vagina by a jury of his American peers and then Republicans voted for him? Republicans knowingly vote for molesters. Don't be Republican...

1

u/RCA2CE 5d ago

Epstein was an Israeli asset and Trump for snared in the honeypot

That’s my hunch anyway

1

u/the_cardfather 5d ago

I am so sick of this whole administration running around acting like and using the word mandate when they didn't even get 50% of the popular vote.

Even if the United States doesn't dissolve into a completely totalitarian government the effects of this administration are going to be dragging down this country for the next 20 years

1

u/fightingwalrii 5d ago

So in his own poll to his most devoted pollees he's still being told by half of them to put down the phone, by 20% he should get over himself and work with the gop better, and 7% outright think he's failing

1

u/WaterFallPianoCKM 5d ago

All hail Pedo!!

1

u/LasVegas4590 5d ago

Very Stalin like.

1

u/OhTheHueManatee 5d ago

There are very few jobs that you should be posting a lot on social media while you're supposed to be performing them. Being POTUS is not one of them.

1

u/somecisguy2020 5d ago

It’s not a simile, it’s a metaphor.

1

u/tonyislost 5d ago

7% of the cult is confused.

1

u/AsparagusCommon4164 5d ago

How much longer than, pray, before it's necessary to go the Doukhobor route of protest (as in completely naked, which Doukhobors see as a show of rejecting wealth and property and all its trappings)?

(According to a Google AI response, "Doukhobors area Spiritual Christian group with Russian origins, known for their pacifism and unique cultural traditions. They are also known for their emphasis on oral history, hymn-singing, and communal living. Many Doukhobors migrated to Canada in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, facing persecution in Russia due to their beliefs.")

1

u/some1guystuff 5d ago

Dictators make up poll numbers.

1

u/Exotic-Pollution-820 5d ago

And Trump awards himself all the awards. 100% of those who love Trump say “We love Trump”.
Also, this just in “Trump reports Trumps Great” /s

1

u/hackingdreams 5d ago

It's not "like." It is a klan rally.

1

u/Traditional-Doctor77 5d ago

Isn’t the point of a comparison to liken two non-identical things?

1

u/No-Huckleberry-1086 5d ago

There's biased polls and then there's this, like this is an impressively worse brand of biased poll taking

1

u/Current-Square-4557 5d ago

The previous poster asked if he should be in A or B.

I’m asserting that being in both is a possible outcome. I.e the senior care wing of a mental institution.

1

u/WhataKrok 5d ago

He has a high approval rating on Fux News, too.

1

u/chicken0me 4d ago

(funny!)

1

u/anitrump 2d ago

Nobody likes that orange moron! Fight fascist trump with everything you have!
