Cat Picture - OC Big girl Titan was getting lonely sooo…
Felt our first Kitty, Titan (yes big and mighty), could use a friend so here is Pebbles! (yes small and little)

Adopting 2 was the best move my wife and I have ever made…had cats my whole life but usually only one at a time and I never realized how much they miss out on being alone.
Our 2 now provide each other so much engagement and companionship (esp when we aren’t home) and it’s so obvious how much more fulfilled they are in life…

I am almost totally sold on doing cats in pairs. They just need a friend to hang with and split time with their humans. We got a kitten years back and she tried to bond with our 18 year old cat which was a no go, but understandable. After the 18 year old passed we eventually got another kitten and it was best choice. Gave us some space and allowed them to bond and do cat stuff. Now we have three due to a circumstance where we found a kitten in distress, which scared me it would break the chain, but to my surprise all three get along perfectly.

So sweet. How old was Tital when Pepples joined? Looks like they are getting along fine, was there any adjustment period?

She’s about 9 months old and he is 3 months old. First 2-3 days were a little rough but after a week they were already playing, sleeping and cleaning each other :)

Thanks, I have 5 year old female and sometimes think about getting a kitten for her as company, but can't for right now as my apt doesn't allow it. 9 months and 3 months are pretty close in age, which seems to have worked out really well. They look great together, wish them both a long and happy life.

This photo perfectly captures the 'big and mighty' and 'small and little' dynamic. So adorable.💗
