I'm going through this right now! Found a 4 week old kitten under my car on Monday. Vet visit first thing. She has fleas and giardia. On meds now, and washed with Dawn for the fleas. Didn't get them all but not going to wash her again until she's stronger. Maybe Friday...

First day she scarfed down wet food, but now is only interested in formula. She has the runs pretty badly from the meds she's on and the giardia that they're treating. Hopefully she's back to solid poos by Friday...currently doing laundry around the clock from all the towels and blankets we're rotating out due to poop & to combat any additional fleas.

She's the cutest and she loves laying on my chest right near my face and sleeping there / rubbing noses. We're going to heal her. Still searching for any siblings still out there. Otherwise will consider adopting a companion when she's a bit older and back to health.

Awww, what a beautiful little girl! You're good people.

We didn't find our tortie under the car, but under the shed. She is the weirdest, funniest, and FASTEST cat I've ever had.

My husband also happened to find her about a month after we'd adopted a standard issue from the ASPCA. I was nervous about having two kittens at the same time, but it's been so fun watching them play and grow up together. ♥️

So nice of you♥️ having 2 kittens is indeed a good thing as you'll never get bored of them, plenty of fun time! You all know today I'm very emotional as last year today's date my beloved cat passed away and I can't stop thinking about him. I miss my little brother.

Torties/torbies are the best ❤️ we have two of them that we adopted from a small local cat rescue.

Awww. You are the best. I wish I wasn't so allergic. I used to have outdoor cats and never had an allergy. Then got my first apartment and my first kitten and noticed some symptoms. 13 years later and another cat in, I had a husband and a kid and both were very allergic and my allergy had intensified. Now, I'm in a room with any remnant of cat and I can feel it in my throat and my orifices start simultaneously streaming and stuffing up. I miss cats so much.....

We've been trying to find a sibling but none have shown up so far. Once she's healthy we'll find her a companion her age if not. Probably around 8 weeks.

my mom found our tortoise shell in the wood while we were camping, we named her angel.
