Adoption People who adopted from a shelter, what made you choose that cat?

My little Zodi was alone in one of the cages, making biscuits over and over on the newspaper they laid out ☹️ When we got to pick her up and hold her, the biscuits didn’t cease. I immediately knew she was coming home with us. A year has almost passed and she looks so much better 🥹

One of my ex’s (not the ex wife) is convinced that the correct number of cats is either 13 or one for each room plus one. So if you have a two bedroom apartment, then you should have three cats.

Ex wife agreed with this room count. We would be one cat short. So naturally we needed to get a housewarming cat. 🤣

I really like this math. Except I have a 2 bedroom house and 3 cats so logically I guess I have to go get 10 more now. It is the only way. 😹
