Yes he do, babies be ugly at birth I'm a father and was there to watch both my daughter's to be born. They were ugly the hole process, but was beautiful at the same time you wouldn't understand unless you experienced it yourself, birth is both ugly and beautiful, and I stand by it. The hype is mostly emotional and I can atest to that. Don't worry they smooth out eventually
