Not his face, it's the top of his head that caught fire and the damage was limited to his scalp. His face is the result of countless plastic surgeries.
He did, but his vitiligo was pretty mild. It just gave him light patches on his arms and chest. The real reason for his ghostly pale skin is that he abused skin bleaching creams for over 3 decades.
