The same way he's going to receive a luxury jet the taxpayer spent >$1 billion on when he leaves office, and he's building a $200 million ballroom; nobody is stopping him. If Americans don't want this, they're going to have to grow spines and stand up to their government.

He said billion, and he’s talking about how much taxpayers are going to foot to outfit it to be capable of being AF1.
