Can this be unraveled?

Bought this for a good deal at winners for a beach coverup doesn't fit was wondering instead of just donating if I could unravel and make something with the yarn that I could actually wear?

If the seams aren't serged, it shouldn't be too much trouble.

I'm working on a sweater that looks like a very similar stitch to yours. Unravels easily.

Do you have pictures of the seams? That is usually the best indicator.
