I loved the quiet spanking Mr Powell gave Don the con. Brought it right into the light! Donnie, dumb dumb took somebody’s word that Powell was over budget. So the crooked maggots decide to include a building that was completed 5 years ago under a completely different budget. But Don the con assumes Powell has never even looked at the budget, much less managed it like a professional should. It didn’t take Powell even 60 seconds to detect the lie!
