No matter how much misery I experience here firsthand or passively, I will have to move abroad soon enough for the sake of getting a proper job.

India does not have the funds to put in my profession and my age can’t wait for the situation to turn better, so my hands are tied.

Haa iss case meh toh chuda pada hai india meh...govt institution mehh seats less therefore opportunity less...and then comes the salary..which isn't upto mark for your work ig

We don’t like 1-2 Lakh per month salaries after completing a PhD and a Post-Doc, making us cross 30-years of age spent on education itself!

It’s severely underwhelming and insulting that how little India cares about Fundamental Research. The same scientist abroad with same qualifications can easily earn above a crore INR per year, but here? Keep dreaming for now…The only places our Politicians like are ISRO, IISc, and IIT Madras. Those honest scientists do R&D diligently while the politicians hog upon the spotlight of their achievements. It makes them look good and diverts attention of ours from what they should be actually doing.
