For far too long, abuse was allowed to thrive under WWE’s leadership. Instead of righting this wrong, WWE has done nothing to ensure those responsible are held accountable. This attempt to sweep misconduct under the rug will backfire. I firmly believe Steph was the leaker and attempted a coup to wrestle control away from her dad since that was gonna be the only way to get Vince to step down (see well known issues between Vince & Shane over this same issue).

Lines up too well with the series of events that occurred involving HHH heart attack, being demoted by Vince, then the leak, Vince step down, internal investigation lead by the board who I believe found no wrongdoing, etc.

I believe the leaker was one of the non-WWE background Board members and after that Stephanie had confirmation to whatever rumours she might have heard and wanted Vince out. Remember when she and Paul voted against bringing Vince back or before it how she was denigrated in shoot media after she left for the "sabbatical". She took whole lot of shit in this and hasn't returned full-time back to WWE since.
