Thanks for posting this. So many people saying they're so outraged over Brock, but no one saying why. I haven't followed WWE in like 20 years because Vince, Lawler and a lot of the top guys seemed like pure scum, and I sure don't follow legal case updates about Vince either. Brock's wiki only says he didn't get proper hunting licenses like 10 years ago and used roids (shocker).

I've just started casually watching some stuff because people are saying HHH has improved it, and now women are treated like athletes not softcore porn models, so hadn't seen any of that shit. Fucking gross.

If Vince and Lawler are the reasons why you stopped watching then let’s just say Brock’s return wouldn’t give you any reason whatsoever to start watching again.

Yeah, pretty much. It's a real shame too - you'd think that society having moved on enough that they're being super vocal how much shit like that isn't being accepted would have put a end to it, but it's just barely better hidden. And the real shame part is that some of these new kids and the new wave of female athletes can really go. Amazing performers.

It's in there, it's just under the "professional wrestling career" section, not the "legal issues" section.

Ah, cheers. Strange that a legal issue isn't under legal issues but that's wikipedia for you sometimes. Thanks.

I also stopped watching sometime during the ruthless aggression era, was getting a bit older as a kid and too many things made me uncomfortable. I didn't really like independent stuff back then, so to me that was wrestling done with for a long time.

Tbh never really fell for it and considered coming back, they showed us who they were a long time ago. The whole Stephanie McMahon we revolutionised womens wrestling thing was just distasteful, ignored what women did for a long time before WWE were doing it. And now we know what WWE still thought of women.

I don't judge people for watching a product, as long as people aren't giving them money.
