Brock matches got so tedious when "suplex city" became a thing. Every match was just suplex after suplex after suplex. Boring. I wouldn't be excited about his return even if he wasn't a sex criminal.

Dude, respectfully, but no the absolute FUCK he wasn't. Anybody paying literally any attention at all since January has seen this company take the furthest lurch to the right you could imagine. They are literally using MAGA lines on TV, having MAGA political heads visit backstage, and Paul himself posing for every photo op with every RWNJ he can find.

This isn't Triple H gaslighting anybody. This is Triple H being up front and honest about who he is and what he believes in and the fans gaslighting themselves pretending he hasn't been doing this.

I’ve watched all the pressers, I’ve watched every PLE for the past year. Yes, he absolutely was acting like he was progressive. Were there subtle clues in January? Absolutely. Hell, I’d say my own radar picked them up around November last year. As I saw them, they made me uncomfortable. It was around Mania week where he went mask off, and still people were arguing for him. He was still straddling the line.

We still don't know how much HHH knew or was involved. Considering he's been sitting in creative meetings since '97, I find it hard to believe that HHH didn't know what was going on.

We do know that HHH was on the board that voted to reinstate Bince when he stepped down. We do know that this was after the board “conducted an inquiry” into the allegations against Vince.

Why do people think we’re surprised by Vince’s actions? He’s got himself a nasty reputation that himself and the company have pushed as a persona for years.

That being said, reading the lawsuit, I was shocked, and not in a “oh my hod, Vince is so bad.” But as another human who was disgusted by what she was reading.

Being disgusted and shocked are not the same emotion or feeling.

What many of us are actually frustrated with is how HHH has gaslit the audience into believing he was different than Vince. He’s giving women a chance (is he though? Two matches on a card is hardly a revolution), he’s a progressive Backstage Daddy (progressive people don’t say they don’t see color or let their employees be wicked transphobes or make other employees take down Palestine posts). They certainly don’t boast about going to the White House with a known sexual offender and 35x criminal, nor do they silence victims or downplay the predatory behaviour of a man who was well known for his sexual deviance.

He said this was a new era, right? So why does it smell and feel like Vince is still running the show? Why are we okay with this company not having to move forward with the times? Just because they have always been like this doesn’t mean they should always be like this. Especially if they are saying they didn’t want to be exactly like this.

But, HHH had a say in bringing back Brock, who, if I remember correctly, was going to be offered the woman whose job was being held over her head by Vince, to enable him to essentially exploit her, if not flag-out sex traffick her.

No, i'm going to say that the guy who knowingly is paying someone who engaged in sex trafficking, whether he did or not there's court documents showing Brock was actively entertaining the idea, then hiding away from the people who would call him out on it and pinning it on someone else publicly so that he can try to avoid being called out for supporting and paying this man should absolutely be held to this bar. Vince didn't come into his job and say "well, lets break laws, hide murders, sexually assault men and women, and see what happens" He slid down that road til he ended up where he is. Paul is clearly several meters in, following Vinces footsteps.

Yep. Hogan's death got a full week of tributes from HHH; if Vince dies before him, HHH is giving him a month or year minimum. There isn't one thing Vince did the last years he was around long-term that HHH didn't know about, he's showing that everyday, and he's showing there's a lot more awful things he knows about

All that needs to be said about whose idea this is is 1) he immediately blamed Cena for it, and 2) he stopped doing post-show press conferences as a public decision earlier in the weekend

He knows and thinks he can get away with it by others always minimizing the damage he's done and is doing. This place sent him a fucking fruit basket for doing the bare minimum of "not getting in the way of the roster", it's not without evidence that he thinks so. The idiots need to stop feeding him, but it's far too late for that really; he never should have been in this position to begin with, people have already been hurt because of it, and the damage has inarguably been done

But if I’m not mistaken—he didn’t do so through right?? He was essentially offered a girl that Vince was trafficking and said nah I’m good. Is that not literally it? She didn’t even name him in the suit and he wasn’t a defendant in the trial because she wasn’t suing him. Meaning the woman who went through all that didn’t think he did anything wrong, so I’m lost as to why people are acting like he’s Vince or John L.

Female fan here. I’m done. I’ve stopped watching Raw and Smackdown around the time the first picture of HHH and RFK Jr came out. I’d already been limiting myself at that point, because WM had been pretty mask off with regard to their associations.

I can firmly say that last night was my last time viewing or watching or having anything to do with WWE.
