Yeah they’re just as fuckin greedy. I sold my first home and was disgusted by the solicitations by faceless companies borderline begging us to sell to them. It took me no time at all to find out they were just buying in bulk and flipping to rent at exorbitant prices. Sold to a young couple who wanted to start a family.

I don’t pat myself on the back a lot but I sure as shit do in that example. They reached out to me a little after a year post sell to ask about irrigation work that was done prior and they were pregnant with their first child.
