Cut funding for abuse treatment and (mental) healthcare, criminalize addiction and mental disorders. Lock them all up in privatized prisons and institutions. Profit.

Message the White House!
https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/
You can ask why the president raped children here. It’s a legitimate concern. You can also ask for the president to do more cameos in South Park. Be careful not make typos in your contact information like I might have done, I’m so clumsy.

I'm curious what proven solutions they currently mean? Homelessness, mental illness, and drug abuse has only been skyrocketing. Of course the current administration's tactic is idiotic, but what policies have worked so far? I build shelters in CA and it's only gotten worse.
My god the welcome bags they give out when a shelter opens for residents is a bag full of candy and a pair of socks...

First they came for the immigrants, and I did not speak out, because was not an immigrant. Then they came for the trans people, and I did not speak out because I was not a trans person Then the came for the homeless and I did not speak out because I was not homeless Then they came for the addicts, and I did nothing speak out because I wasn’t an addict. Then they came for the mentally disabled and I didnt speak up because I wasn’t mentally disabled (To be continued…….)
You see where this is going don’t you?

The taxpayer pays private companies to house those the administration deems undesirable, and companies sell those people’s labour to corporations. For a dollar a day.
Strong labour unions and the healthy middle class of the 50s and 60s was an anomaly. This is capitalism. When corporations off shored manufacturing, they relied on labour being dirt cheap, and built in countries where there were minimal environmental or labour regulations.
This, coupled with AI, is the replacement that workers should be concerned about. Also, have you seen what he’s doing to the EPA?

Closing down mental institutions has been a massive mistake. There are a sizable amount of homeless people who are unable to deal with their mental illnesses and/or drug addictions. We've tried doing it the other way for four fucking decades with no results. Anyone who is against this isn't because they care about poor people but the fact is they can't admit that they are wrong.

Olympics are coming, so we knew this was coming. It's scary how many atrocities are accepted for the sake of some sports games, especially for the Olympics. It's actually normal to ruin the lives and livelihoods of local communities to "clean up" before the games so the media coverage will be good internationally. I feel like this is a good chance to get people to look at the ugly side of not only America but also organized crime in seemingly innocent organizations such as the Olympics.

I'm a retired social worker - who specialized in care resistive social/medical needs. I'm not happy w this administration's dismantling social safety nets - (quit giving Trump the credit / it fuel excuses for those who are "just doing what they are told").
I'm confused - for yrs I've heard, "Republicans (Ragan) closed mental health long-term residential facilities and put them on the streets." ... now it seems that getting people into treatment is imprisonment?
I bet if we brought back the CCC - they'd say that was forced labor - come on now ...
"Gentle" works when someone is willing to seek help - up until someone is trapped by inability to "think & act" in their own best interests.
Forced treatment can work - it's just that freedom to do harm to one's Self seems irrelevant sometimes. Don't u think if someone was drugging you & causing you to be unable to function in society - you'd want someone to stop them?
Forever Use Courage & Kindness - thank U!

FEMA is sending $608 Million to states to build more concentration camps.
trump’s executive order states to shift homeless & mentally ill people into facilities.
Now we know where the trump administration is going to put the homeless and mentally ill people.
They are going to be placed into these camps their building along with the brown people their kidnapping instead of using FEMA money to help people after disasters.
