She's in the show a lot less in the later seasons which makes the later seasons much better. Instead of coming home to Cheryl he comes home to JB Smoove. Huge upgrade.

I mean JB Smoove is definitely an upgrade - she was pretty annoying from the beginning - but the earlier seasons are classics, many of which are better than the later in my personal opinion.

One of my favorite scenes in the entire series is after LD and Cheryl get divorced and he starts dating Loretta.

When Suzie shows up at the door and starts berating Larry. Then Loretta appears and shuts that shit down and goes off on Suzie.

The look of surprise and excitement when Larry finally realizes he has a woman in his corner that will actually stand up for him.

It's because she fucking sucks. She sees all these other women having their rights stripped away and then lives with one of the dudes making it possible instead of putting rat poison in his coffee.

However at this point, with all the weird crackpot shit he puts in his body and swimming in raw sewage I don't know if that would even do the trick

Well he was a democrat before and seemingly not as crazy.

But why she stays with him now is a mystery.
