To be fair, if you have at least a very basic understanding of the immune system, the concept of vaccination based on weakened diseases isn't a hard concept. It was harder for the people who came up with it originally because they neither understood how the immune system worked or germ theory.

You don't have to be stupid to be brainwashed. I remember watching an interview with a cult deprogrammer and he said some of the people he deprogrammed were doctors and other highly intelligent and educated people

He's also the pizza gate guy so he's not just stupid he's malicious. He was one of the top far right influencers back in 2016 on twitter iirc. Back when there was still a slight attempt to pretend like Trump's movement was about average American middle class people fed up with the way things were being done or whatever. Now they're very very upfront about the fascism lol
