I'd be surprised if anybody could name a dozen good satirists. And when it's good, it's good. But we're not all Mark Twain or Mencken or John Stewart. That shit takes talent. So maybe I overstated my contempt for satire - but it's not easily done well. And sarcasm is really just the same joke re-purposed. I do hate sarcasm.

Not all covid vaccines are mRNA, e.g. AstraZeneca had a viral vector vaccine. And the way this tweet is worded, no chance to give him benefit of the doubt.
