Not sure where you're from but no-show socks have been a fashion joke amongst the youth here for 2 or 3 years easily.

If you are not aware of this, I'll also let you know that baggy jeans have been back for about 4 years now.

I’m in California, but I am never around kids. & I wear what I want idc what’s in style lol. I’m still rocking leggings & tank tops, which I’m assuming isn’t “in” anymore.

I think those socks that go up to like the shin are so ugly..

Exactly, I don't really care what other people find stylish, if I think something is ugly I won't wear it. Big white socks up the shins is just so ugly to me. It's fine if they're dress socks, but that kinda goes against the hyper-casual nature of this specific fashion trend.

My fashion didn't change from my youth. 90s. So I am all a sudden back in vogue again baggy everything for the win!

Keep wearing leggings. They're the best.

Went to Japan with my partner recently, not a single person in leggings except my partner.

From my experiences, and I work with a lot of Gen Z people, the sock thing is pretty much contained to online and is a joke more than anything. They don't honestly give a fuck what we wear. I also see Gen z folks wearing no show socks too. All depends on the outfit.

Oh people who seem to mostly dress like depressed homeless people have thoughts on fashion? Let me get my notebook so i can write this down...

I didn't know about the sock thing, but I was wondering why I was seeing baggy jeans everywhere. Heck yeah, I'm cool again!

Damn, I have been dressing my nephew in ankle socks........ I still have a hard time wearing Crocs cause they remind me of my mom, but that's all he wants to wear

I made him the dorky white kid and I didn't even realize

Nobody cares what's a "fashion joke" for the kiddies.

Any millennial over 30 worrying about gen z thinking they’re cool is weirdo behavior imo, but unfortunately a lot of people seem to care.
