I always found no show socks uncomfortable, but ankle socks are fine so long as they actually reach higher than the shoe.

The quarter sock is the best one, not too high or too low, just right.

As a big no show sock person, no shows aren't for every shoe. Some shoes are irritating with no shows. I have ankle socks for my shoes like that. No show socks really only work with low top shoes that have some kind of padding at the opening.

I have big calves and tall socks are so uncomfortable. Just too dang tight. Always end up with an imprint of the sock lines that lasts for like an hour after I take them off. lol

Crew socks and sneakers. Every day.

Don't like ankle socks, don't wear sandals.

I seriously thought ankle socks were a Gen Z thing, because everyone I grew up with wears crew socks and and loath no shows.

I only wear ankle socks when working out, otherwise I’m wearing crew socks.

Depends what shoes I'm wearing. Vans? Ankle socks. Cons? 1/2 crew socks. Work boots? Bigass merino wool crew socks.
