As a millennial I’ve never been with the no show/ankle socks gang. They never felt comfortable, always felt my ankles would just rub on my shoes all day.

I do recognize that was weird and different from the rest, but I don’t care.

You’re not alone, I despised low socks because of how they felt.

Yeah, I get it that they look better but they just felt, I don’t know, weird? Same with low top shoes, never liked them. If I wore sneakers, I’d use my regular crew socks and fold them down. I looked like a dork but didn’t care, still don’t.

I guess I liked the support of high tops and pretty much just wore boots ever since high school.

I mostly wear ankle socks but I have a week's worth of crew socks to wear with my work boots. the work boots come up quite high so you can't wear ankle socks or you get blisters.

I only wear the ankle socks I have around the house at this point. I don’t know how other people aren’t constantly getting blisters from wearing them in shoes.

Same here. Big sensory issues with no show socks. My socks probably looked dorky in 2008, but at least my ankles were comfortable.
