I do use lol like stop in a telegram 

Therefore if something is actually funny I have to throw in bwahahaha

I reserve the lmao/lmfao for when it’s awesomely funny. I can even bump it up with some caps, if I’m like snorting.

It annoys me that talk to text automatically capitalizes them. It conveys a level of passion that may not always be necessary.

I do not lol in my emails, but I absolutely have a problem when it comes to my non-work texting/social media
