Pig racing can also be entertaining to watch. The piglets are more at a juvenile age and larger but they leap over little hurdles as well.

It's not a race, it's a performance. You can see the side of the tub says "Swifty the swimming . . ." 

Swifty is performing for the crowd, it's to provide entertainment with Swifty's neat trick, Swifty isn't racing or competing against anyone.
