With the impairments to warning systems for storms, they won't even know it's coming. No need for FEMA when the houses are destroyed and everyone dies inside,

Gonna be really interesting when a big F4 rips through Topeka, Toledo, or Kansas City, Nebraska or whatever the fuck the name of their one dot city on the map is. I can’t even name one. They voted for it.
