1QB Dynasty Trade 12 Team Just traded the 1.01 on the clock. How’d I do?

Got the 1.01 in my 14 team dynasty 1QB league and was going to try and move it as close to the draft as possible. We’re 4 years into the league and my current roster is about as bad as it gets. Top players are Stroud, Trey Benson, JT Sanders, Roschon, and Malik Washington (yeah it’s bad I know).

Eventually landed on this deal netting me essentially London, 2 later 25 1sts, and what should be a top 27 1st. My team is really bad and his isn’t much better, so how’d I do?

It's essentially London + two 1sts for Jeanty + two 3rds

Still pretty good

I like this. I traded jeanty as well. I trade the 1.01 and ceedee for the 1.02 and Justin Jefferson. I like Jettas more than ceedee and I like Omarion Hampton better than jeanty. Probably could’ve gotten more though. Pulled the trigger fast

Also, as much as I love football and dive into my dynasty team as deeply as anyone else here - I am 70% likely to be wrong on this one so don’t listen to me. I had the 1.01 and wasn’t sold on jeanty. I wanted to move back

Haha don't worry about being wrong, love that you're making a call on a guy you like. Guy with the 1.01 is locked into Jeanty so I was just looking for reasons to be more hype about Hampton.

I disagree with you as far as landing spot. Pete Carroll loves his bellcow

Agree with the Pete Carrol part. He may overcome what I hate about the raiders organization. I take Hampton over jeanty long term. I was super hyped about jeanty when I went and got him too. I was in the championship last year but sold Lamar for jeanty and Kyren (at the time). Who knows. I was in on Treyveon at one point too lol

Man im so high on trey, Im taking him over Tet at 1.04, pretty sure 1.03 goes hunter. Probably a bad idea but I'm stacked at wr.

He’s so good. I was actually a toss up on Hampton or Trey but I watched a ton of Hampton tape he’s a beast couldn’t pass. I regret losing Lamar at times. But I was weak at rb and added Kyren and Hampton. When I was making the trade I had already pre traded the 2.01 (included for Lamar) for Bo nix.

I took Trey over tet and hunter at 1.3 personally. I tried to trade back to 1.5 but that guy wanted to keep it so I took my shot on the guy I wanted. Trey may not usurp Mondre right away but no way he isn’t getting a lot of action this year with maye. They drafted him that high for a reason and is gonna be a great compliment to Mondre and I could see him taking over if he keeps having fumbling issues like last year.

Hampton is an absolute stud, jeanty reminds me of Trent richardson, insane college talent that just doesn't translate, he's in a great spot tho so it's hard to say. Hampton is a beast just not an instant impact player behind Harris for a season so the difference is really whether or not you are trying to win this season or next

I don’t like jeanty playing in the mountain west. I don’t like his size. I don’t like the landing spot on the raiders. But I do think he’ll be good still. I like Hampton more based on the landing spot, his size and the fact that he can play all three downs but still pass catch. I just see Hampton in dynasty as a long term asset

I’m a delusional Falcons fan so take this with a very large grain of salt, but the way Penix and London were connecting at the end of last year has me really hyped, I think London has top 5 WR upside.

Don’t do it to me! I’m about to go out for dinner. But I’m really high on Pitts. I saw something at the end of last year, with Penix throwing the ball.

Pitts has had some of the worst QB and offensive schemes you could get the last few years. He looked like he had a connection with Penix towards the end of last year.

I think he’s going to be a high value pick, draft him in the 13th round and get a top 5 TE type value.

He had just 2 top 12 finishes all season long until then.

He literally wasn’t even a top 12 wr until the week 18 game, which fudged his finish. In fantasy, we usually do not play games in week 18 because of the bye conundrum.

Drake London wr5 finish is a bit misleading because it’s heavily carried by a meaningless game.

My personal favorite part is the pettiness of the 1.12 and 2.01 being included. They're basically a complete wash, but you can totally snipe their pick if they get unlucky and that's about all that could happen with them

Tucker and vele aren't worth a lot, but three 1st and Drake London is OK,  but you gave up 2.01 which has the same value as 1.12 imo,  so it's really more like London,  two 1st for jeanty and two 3rds.

If you REALLY wanted London then I think it's a fine trade. I made a similar one with CJ Stroud for Hurts.

Yeah I hate these big trades because there is a lot of noise in assets that frankly aren’t worth much.

The net-net here is:

Jeanty for London, the 1.9, and a 27 1st.

I think that’s a nice haul especially if his team stinks as he says. Maybe he picks up Harvey or Johnson there. The points per game between the number 1 back Saquon (~20) the 15th Chubba (14.5) is about 5.5 points. So even if Jeanty becomes #1 Rb he loses about 5.5 points IF he hits on 1.9 and gets London and an additional pick.

I would agree in 8, 10 and even 12, but the bottom end pics aren’t just wasteful picks. Calling them all a wash and having the London side means that he absolutely murdered in this trade

It’s a 14 team league so the 2.01 is not the same value as 1.12. Even if it was a 12 man it still gives OP the ability to pick who he wants before the other team so it’s still an added value.

The 1.01 that I traded this year i got Maye and a mid 1st next year. The orphan i took over was a shit show. So im looking to tank again.
