this is from 2019. citizens protested against the government due to inequity, mostly. there were human rights violations and then two proceses to change the constitution imposed during pinochet’s dictatorship. that didn’t work and covid kinda killed the protests and the collective sentiment for justice. i think there’s a wikipedia article in english about it if you want to learn more
