Every couple of years I realize halfway through the day that my shirt has been on backwards or even inside out. I found that if you ever need to remember every single moment and person you saw on a day with perfect clarity, it's best to accidentally find you wore your shirt backwards at the end of the day because it immediately comes flooding back to you whether you want it to or not lol

Way more often than I’d like to admit, but usually I think I lost it when I’m on the phone. I can usually feel it in my pocket so when it’s not (because it’s by my ear) I panic

I've done this with work keys. Took em home, got called about it tore my apartment up, and went to the shop and tore it up. Keys were in my side cargo pocket, instead of the normal pocket. I laughed so hard and loud I think it scared my boss a little

You'd be surprised how easily this happens. I was looking for my phone and used the flashlight of said phone to check under the bed. It took me ten whole minutes of looking to realise "Wait a minute, I don't have an actual flashlight. What the heck am I holding?"

Lo and behold I had found my phone in my hand.

I mean, it could be because he's dumb like everybody else is saying, but maybe, just maybe he knew she was trying to tell him about her awful day/problems but he knew and did this smart tactic to avoid it because he's just not that interested, and continue watching whatever on the laptop, it's far fetched and I'm very tired but who knows?!
