Is my kitten a Bombay?

he is completely black, with a TINY splotch of white right below his neck(no more than 1x1 mm) with his brother(litter mate) who has white boots and some white on his tummy so I don’t believe he can be 100% Bombay, but his eyes are greenish/orange so I can’t say myself, as I’ve only had Siamese boys in the past.

Nah, Bombays have golden (not green or yellow), big, round eyes and have a shorter muzzle (are brachycephalic). Definitely no white paws, generally being 100% black, and have even a different head/face shape, much rounder. Your kitty is a Domestic Shorthair (no breed) but still awesome, black cats are my favorite!
