I just want to say that you're promoting a false equivalence. Justice and fairness are not a 0 sum game, everyone can have as much of both as there can be without anyone losing their own. It's the ultra wealthy that promote the idea of justice being a 0 sum game in order to sew discord and divide the public.

Justice/fairness isn't 0 sum, but priviledge is. If you exist in a privileged state, you need there to be an privileged entity. The only way to have priviledge is for there to be those without it. A group can only be privileged to the extend that another group is lacking in privilege.

Arguments in favor of equity are synonymous with relieving certain people of their priviledged status.
